New Build and Affordable Housing Event
Just Mortgages New Build division are hosting a New Build and Affordable Housing Event set to take place on Thursday 31st of March 2022 at Whittlebury Park.
This all-day event aims to bring together various Housing Associations, surveyors, specialist and mainstream lenders from around the country together to discuss the first home schemes as part of the housing associations goal to get more people on the housing ladder.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with various lenders in one space, and ask questions at their dedicated stands during the event. There will be a number of leading lenders present to discuss all things first homes and shared ownership, including: Kent Reliance, Leeds, Nationwide, NatWest and Barclays along with others.
In addition there are multiple Q+A panel sessions lined up throughout the day with specialist lenders, surveyors and other industry professionals giving everyone an opportunity to openly ask any questions.
The main aim of the event is for Housing Association attendees to meet lenders and understand the current criteria and talk through any challenges they might be facing. It’s also designed for attendees to meet leading industry professionals along with mainstream and specialist lenders, mortgage advisers from the Just Mortgages New Build division will also be present to answer questions for attendees to gain a clearer perspective on the current position of the housing market and also the future of it.
John Doughty, Financial Services Director of the Just Mortgages New Build Division and Paul Wilson, Business Development Director at Just Mortgages having been working to organise this event to ensure top industry professionals are in attendance for attendees to take as much as possible from the day.

The agenda for the event is yet to be confirmed however, for now there are over 10 confirmed lenders who will be attending with other big names in the pipeline. The full agenda for the all-day-event will be confirmed in January 2022.
