Self Employed Recruitment Schemes
Just Mortgages are launching two new recruitment schemes for new self-employed mortgage advisers as part of their recruitment drive in line with their business goals. This is designed to help new members of the self-employed division take the leap from earning their regular income through an employed position, to becoming independent self-employed advisers.
Just Mortgages currently have over 600 advisers and are aiming for 1500 across all divisions by 2025.
The FastStart Scheme is essentially enhanced commission’s rates for three months to get the advisers business up and running with an income, quickly.
The Commission Advance is for advisers who already have a large volume of clients and have more experience in the industry. This enables advisers to take the leap into the self-employed division. Advisers will receive up to £2,500 per month for three months.
Both schemes are designed to offer extended support to those looking to make the move to self-employment. As well as this financial support, self-employed advisers joining Just Mortgages will also benefit from business planning support, personal and professional development opportunities, and a dedicated support net
work.
