What is our Self Employed Recruitment Scheme?

At Just Mortgages, we offer two recruitment schemes for new self-employed mortgage advisers as part of our recruitment drive. Our schemes are designed to help new members of the self-employed division take the leap from earning their regular income through an employed position, to becoming independent self-employed advisers.

Just Mortgages currently have over 600 advisers and are aiming for 1500 across all divisions by 2025.

The FastStart Scheme is essentially enhanced commission’s rates for three months to get the advisers business up and running with an income, quickly.

The Commission Advance is for advisers who already have a large volume of clients and have more experience in the industry, enabling advisers to take the leap into the self-employed division. Eligible advisers can receive up to £2,500 per month for three months.

Both schemes are designed to offer extended support to those considering making the move to self-employment. In addition to this financial support, self-employed advisers joining Just Mortgages will benefit from business planning and marketing support, personal and professional development opportunities and a dedicated support network.
