Do you have a mortgage agreement in place but unsure how to view properties?

Many estate agents are offering virtual viewings and valuations for those looking to buy and sell, so get in touch with the agent to discuss your viewing options and they will be happy to help.  While in-person valuations and viewings are now allowed to take place, it is advised that virtual appointments are organised beforehand to ensure the physical viewings are those that have high intent on purchasing the property.  For more information on the government guidance click here.
