Commercial Licence:

With a commercial mortgages license you will be able to assist business owners who are looking to buy property or land for commercial use and thereby be supporting a wider range of potential buyers.

With a business protection license you will help clients protect a business from financial losses in the event of key people passing away, being diagnosed with a critical illness or being unable to work due to a disability.

Equity Release:

With an equity release license, you will be helping client turn some of their home's value into cash. Releasing equity effectively swaps a percentage of their property value for a lump-sum or in smaller amounts over a period of time that they can spend as they wish.
