As a self-employed mortgage broker at Just Mortgages, there are several optional extra licences that you can work towards achieving.

Commercial Licence:

With a commercial mortgages licence you will be able to assist business owners who are looking to buy property or land for commercial use and thereby be supporting a wider range of potential buyers.

Business Protection Licence:

With a business protection licence you will help clients protect a business from financial losses in the event of key people passing away, being diagnosed with a critical illness or being unable to work due to a disability.

• One day course

• Annual licensing and initial fees payable*

• Supervision included

Equity Release:

With an equity release licence, you will be helping client turn some of their home's value into cash. Releasing equity effectively swaps a percentage of their property value for a lump-sum or in smaller amounts over a period of time that they can spend as they wish.

• Course to help you gain your CeRER qualification

*waived for the following year if business levels are over a certain level

Just Wealth:

Our portal, Just Refer, enables brokers at Just Mortgages to refer clients to Just Wealth for pensions, savings and investments advice, as well as support with protection – aiding brokers in meeting their Consumer Duty obligations and they receive a referral fee too!
