The referred client (“The Referred Client” ) must be notified and have consented to the details being passed to just mortgages for this offer before the date of the referral. This is responsibility of the party referring the Referred Client and is subject of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Referral will indemnify Just Mortgages for any loss or claim arising to refer as failure to purchase such a consent.
The maximum number referrals of make is five (5).
A Referred Client can only be referred once. Any event the Referred Client is referred to Just Mortgages more than once, only the first Referrer will be eligible for referral gift under this offer.
The Referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral gift in the event that the Referred Client has already instructed Just Mortgages to arrange a mortgage and/or protection policies on their behalf.
In the event that Just Mortgages is (for whatever reason) unable to procure one of the stated referral gifts, the Referrer will receive a substituted gift of commensurate value subject to these terms and conditions.
Permanent employees, contract and temporary workers working directly for Just Mortgages (or other companies in the Spicehaart group) are not eligible to participate in referral scheme.
Just Mortgages has a right to withdraw his offer at any time.
The Referrer is eligible to receive a £50 Amazon eGift card to spend (‘the eGift card’) if they submit details of the Referred Client via https://forms.justmortgages.co.uk/refer-a-friend/ and the Referred Client then instructs Just Mortgages to arrange a mortgage and/or protection policies*. This instruction must be received by Just Mortgages within twenty four (24) months of the date on which the Referrer made the referral via https://forms.justmortgages.co.uk/refer-a-friend/. Instructions received outside the twenty four (24) month period will not generate an eGift card to the Referrer.
*excluding standalone general insurance eg buildings and contents insurance or accident and sickness cover.
The Just Mortgages Refer a Friend Offer is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
