It has been a fantastic week for everyone at Just Mortgages as we celebrate success at the VouchedFor Client Experience Awards, where we were proud to take home two major awards and see so many of our advisers and firms recognised for outstanding client service.

Just Mortgages was named Firm of the Year – Large Mortgage and Protection Advice Firm for the second year in a row. To receive this award once is a tremendous achievement, but to retain it for a second year is something we are all incredibly proud of.

This recognition reflects the hard work, professionalism and dedication shown by our advisers and support teams across the business every single day. Most importantly, it recognises our continued commitment to delivering a five-star service to clients and achieving good customer outcomes at scale.

We were also delighted to see Durham Mortgage Solutions, a trading style within our self-employed division, win the award for Client Care – Protection Advice. This is a brilliant achievement and a clear demonstration of the quality, care and client-first approach that exists right across our network.

In total, Just Mortgages received eight nominations across five categories at the Client Experience Awards, which is a fantastic reflection of the depth of talent across the business.

Alongside our award success, we are also incredibly proud to have 49 advisers listed in VouchedFor’s Top Rated Adviser List for 2026. This includes 47 advisers from across Just Mortgages and our own-brand advice firms, as well as two advisers from Just Wealth, our financial advice arm dedicated to pensions, savings and investments.

In addition, seven firms have been named as Top Rated Firms, recognising the high standards they continue to set for customer service and client satisfaction across the VouchedFor platform.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it is based on genuine client feedback. That is hugely important to us. Awards and accolades are always welcome, but when they are rooted in the experiences of real clients, they carry even greater significance.

At Just Mortgages, we now have more than 650 advisers operating across the UK, with more than 150 advisers based in Spicerhaart estate agency branches nationwide and nearly 500 advisers within our self-employed division. Our advisers support clients with mortgage and protection advice, helping people at every stage of their property journey, from first-time buyers and home movers to buy-to-let investors and those looking to protect their home, income and loved ones.

A major part of our success is the structure and support we place around our advisers. Whether employed or self-employed, our advisers have access to training, mentoring and support across key areas including sales, marketing, compliance, recruitment and business development.

Our dedicated training and development team, together with our digital learning platform, gives advisers access to hundreds of modules covering everything from product training and lead generation to leadership, compliance and wellbeing.

For advisers in our self-employed division, we are committed to providing the launching pad they need to start, scale and succeed with their own advice businesses. That includes access to additional licence courses and our business principals programme, which gives advisers the leadership and management skills needed to recruit, manage and support their own teams.

Carl Parker, our national director, has done a tremendous job in continuing to grow and strengthen the self-employed division. The success we are seeing from advisers across that part of the business is a testament not only to their ambition and expertise, but also to the culture and infrastructure we have built around them.

These awards and the recognition from VouchedFor demonstrate the strength of that culture. They show that strong business performance and outstanding client care can, and should, go hand in hand.

I would like to personally congratulate every adviser and team member recognised in this year’s awards and Top Rated Adviser List. I would also like to thank everyone across Just Mortgages for the role they play in supporting our clients and each other every day.

This is a moment we can all be hugely proud of, and it gives us even greater motivation as we continue to grow, support more clients and attract outstanding adviser talent into the business.
