Help to Buy has ended

If you were not already aware, the application deadline for the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme was 31^st October 2022, which means you can no longer apply for the scheme. Pre-existing applicants have until 31^st December 2022 for sign off on construction of the property, with legal completions finalized and completed by 31^st March 2023. If you have a Help to Buy ISA, you can pay in to the ISA until November 2029.

However, if you are a prospective first-time buyer, do not panic. There are still alternative options available that you may be eligible for, such as Shared Ownership or the Help to Build scheme .
