Hi, I'm Joy Brooks!

I'm a Mortgage and Protection Adviser supporting clients across Witham and the surrounding Essex area. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I've helped clients through every stage of their property journey by providing clear, straightforward advice and a personal service they can rely on.

Outside of work, I live with my partner, Barry. We enjoy spending days out on the Norfolk coast, and when I have some spare time, you'll often find me out metal detecting in search of hidden treasures.

With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, I’ve helped clients at every stage of their home-buying journey, providing clear, straightforward and stress-free mortgage and protection advice.

I enjoy supporting people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives—buying a home. Whether you're a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging or looking to protect your future, I take pride in making the process feel simple, transparent and fully supported from start to finish.

Outside of work, I’m an avid DIY enthusiast and currently working on my third home renovation project. I also enjoy spending time with my horse and making the most of the outdoors whenever I can.
