Hi, I'm Ben!

I’m a Mortgage and Protection Adviser based at the Butters John Bee estate agency branch in Winsford, CW7 1BA.

I’m husband to Danielle and father to our two children. I live in Chester and support customers across Winsford and the wider North West, including Over, Wharton, Darnhall, Middlewich, Northwich, Nantwich and the surrounding Cheshire communities.

I specialise in helping first-time buyers, but I can also provide advice on residential and buy-to-let mortgages across the country. Whether you are preparing to purchase your first property, planning your next move, remortgaging or considering a property investment, I will take the time to understand your circumstances and explain your options clearly.

From properties around Winsford town centre to homes near the River Weaver, Weaver Parkway and the established communities of Over and Wharton, I enjoy helping local people make one of life’s most important decisions: buying and protecting their home.

I pride myself on being approachable and honest. My aim is for every person I speak to to leave my office with a clear plan and a better understanding of the next steps in their mortgage and protection journey.

Outside of work, I’m a semi-professional guitarist and have a passion for the outdoors, particularly exploring unfamiliar places. My other interests include horology and history, and I also enjoy coaching my local under-eights football team.
