Hi, I'm Phil.
I have been in financial services for almost 30 years, and have over 20 years of new build experience, and have worked also worked in business/commercial banking, development finance and equity release. My role allows me to utilise my experience to help my new build clients realise their dreams of buying their brand new home, and to put a tailored package to suit their personal and family needs.
I have three teenage children who are now embarking on their own careers who I enjoy spending time with, and enjoy playing many sports including football and golf just to name a few. When I can go on holiday I enjoy the warm climates that allows me to relax and get a good sun tan.
I live on the West/South Yorkshire border and have close access links to both the M1 and M62 which allows me to be in Manchester, Hull and Sheffield within 1 hour of travelling.
