Hi! I'm Ja'red.

I’m a Mortgage and Protection Adviser supporting clients across Thornton Heath and the surrounding South London areas.

Before becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, I built my career in economics and public policy, where I specialised in analysing complex information and helping central government make informed decisions. That experience has given me the ability to simplify the mortgage process, explain complex information clearly and provide tailored advice, so clients can feel informed and confident every step of the way.

I support clients across Thornton Heath, Croydon, Norbury, Streatham, Crystal Palace, South Norwood, Mitcham, Selhurst, Upper Norwood and the wider South London area. Whether you are buying your first home, moving house, remortgaging or looking to protect what matters most, my aim is to make the process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible.

I particularly enjoy helping first-time buyers navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process, ensuring they understand each stage while receiving a personal service from our first conversation through to completion and beyond.

With nearby green spaces such as Grangewood Park, Norwood Grove and Crystal Palace Park, alongside the many amenities in Croydon, it's a great area to live and buy a home, and one I enjoy supporting clients in.
