Meet Stafford

Hi, I’m Jasraj “Jaz” Chatha!

I am mortgage adviser based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, with strong roots across Stafford, Derby, and Nottingham. I’ve spent years getting to know the property landscape across these areas, from Stoke’s Victorian terraces to the fast‑growing new‑build pockets around Stafford and the East Midlands.

Outside of work, I’m usually playing football, lifting in the gym, or keeping up with current affairs — I like understanding how the world is moving and how people’s lives are shaped by it. My family is local, and being close to them keeps me grounded and connected to the communities I work in.

A fun fact about Stoke is that it’s the world capital of ceramics, and you can still spot old bottle kilns across the city. Another is that the Midlands triangle of Stoke, Derby, and Nottingham has some of the most varied housing stock in the UK, which makes every day in this industry different.
