Hi, I'm Mark!

I have been in the financial services business for 35 years, and I am married with two children and three grandchildren. I have worked all over Staffordshire and Cheshire giving advice on mortgages and protection. When not working I enjoy watching sport, and being with the grand kids.

Hi, I'm Eri.

When people seek advice, it is sometimes hard to find the right one. My passion is to lead people to the right direction and help them find the best solution.

Being a Mortgage Adviser, I really enjoy to lead my clients to the right process and to give the best mortgage and protection advice to meet their needs and circumstances. My educational background include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a second language from The Foreign Language University of Albania. Whereas, my professional background include many years in customer advice industry, with now holding a level 3 qualification in Mortgage and Practice (CeMap) from London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).

I am a very proud five language speaker with an aspiration to learn at least one more language in my spare time. I have a young family which includes me, my husband and our five years old troublemaker daughter. My family and friends love my food and coffee which makes me a very busy weekend chef.
