With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
I began my journey with a high street bank, where I held various roles and put the customer experience at the heart of everything I do. Since 2019, I have been specialising in mortgages, helping clients navigate the complexities of home buying and ownership.
Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate Sunderland AFC supporter, enjoy exploring new destinations and have a love for good food. I recently got married and starting a new and exciting chapter in my personal life.
