Hi, I’m Daniel Mahmut.

As someone with a keen interest in property and numbers, I find nothing more rewarding than helping people achieve their goals of property ownership, whether that is buying their first home, moving up the property ladder, remortgaging or investing in property.

Property has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I gained insight into the industry through my family’s property activities, which sparked my interest in homes and the property market. That experience inspired me to help people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.

Having lived in South East London and Kent all my life, I have a good knowledge of the local area, including Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Bromley, Sidcup, Chelsfield, Locksbottom and St Mary Cray. Whether clients are looking near Orpington High Street, around Petts Wood or closer to the Kent and South East London borders, I aim to provide advice that feels clear, personal and practical.

I pride myself on offering straightforward, honest advice and making sure my clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of the mortgage process. Outside of work, I have a keen interest in cars and enjoy spending time with my friends and young family. I also often find myself doing the odd bit of DIY too.
