Hi, I'm Lavinia!

I support customers across Northampton and the surrounding areas, including Kingsthorpe, Abington, Duston, Wootton, Weston Favell, Moulton and nearby Northamptonshire villages.

I enjoy helping people understand their options and making what can sometimes feel like a complicated homebuying journey feel clearer and more manageable.

Northampton offers a wide range of places to call home, from established communities close to Abington Park and Northampton town centre to newer developments around Wootton, Moulton and the surrounding areas. I take the time to understand each customer’s individual circumstances, explain the mortgage process clearly and provide support throughout every stage of their journey.

My approach is friendly, supportive and focused on helping customers make informed decisions about their mortgage and protection needs.

Outside of work, I like to keep active and busy. I especially enjoy creative activities such as painting and completing puzzles. I also love spending time outdoors, whether that is taking a walk around Sywell Country Park or making the most of a sunny weekend exploring the local area.
