Hi, I’m Paul Parker and I’m a New Build Mortgage & Protection Specialist within Just Mortgages New Build Division.
As a CeMAP Level 3 qualified Mortgage and Protection adviser, I work exclusively in the new build and Shared Ownership market. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, home mover, or downsizing later in life, I’m perfectly positioned to help with your purchase.
Trust me; having been on the other side of the table as the owner of a new build property with my partner and our pet cat, I know exactly what you’ll be going through at each step of your journey!
Away from this crazy fast-paced industry, my family comes first – both locally and abroad. That means lots of travelling, visiting new places and restaurants and, most of all, enjoying all of life’s twists and turns – there’s been a few and no doubt you’ll have your own!
