Hi, I’m Shanaz!

I’m a Mortgage & Protection Adviser in the East Midlands with over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, helping clients navigate their mortgage journey with clear, friendly and personalised advice.

I support clients across the East Midlands, including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Mansfield, Chesterfield and the surrounding towns and villages. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging, investing in property or looking for protection advice, my aim is to make the process feel as straightforward and well supported as possible from start to finish.

The East Midlands is a fantastic place to call home, offering everything from vibrant cities and historic market towns to beautiful countryside. From Nottingham Castle and the Peak District to Bradgate Park, Sherwood Forest and the Derbyshire countryside, there is plenty to enjoy across the region.

With more than two decades of experience, I understand that every client’s circumstances are different. For me, mortgage advice is about more than simply finding a deal – it’s about getting to know you, understanding your goals and providing support throughout your homeownership journey.

Outside of work, I’m very family and friends orientated and love spending my free time with the people closest to me. I also enjoy holidays, reading and cooking, which I find incredibly therapeutic.
