Hi, I’m Ian!

I’m a Mortgage & Protection Adviser in Bradford, helping clients across the city and surrounding West Yorkshire area with their mortgage and protection needs.

I’m originally from Prescot, near Liverpool, but moved to Bradford after completing my Master’s degree in Maths and have made West Yorkshire my home. I support clients across Bradford, Saltaire, Shipley, Bingley, Baildon, Queensbury, Thornton and the wider surrounding area.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging or looking for protection advice, my aim is to make the process feel clear, straightforward and well supported from start to finish.

One of the things I enjoy most about living in Bradford is the area’s history and character. Nearby Saltaire, with its famous Salts Mill and Victorian model village, is a particular favourite and a great example of what makes this part of West Yorkshire so distinctive. From Lister Park and Bradford city centre to the countryside and communities surrounding the city, there is plenty to explore.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, watching films (especially Marvel) gaming and getting stuck into a good book whenever I can.

I’m also a fan of long walks around the local area, although they occasionally become longer than planned!

For me, helping clients is about providing clear advice, friendly guidance and ongoing support throughout every stage of their homeownership journey.
