Hi! I'm Tom Davison!

I have worked in the mortgage industry since leaving school and have built a strong level of knowledge and experience during this time. Having lived in Milton Keynes all my life, I know the local area and surrounding communities well, which helps me support clients looking to buy, move home or remortgage across Milton Keynes and nearby areas.

I work with clients across local communities including Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Stony Stratford, Wolverton, Woburn Sands and the wider Milton Keynes area. From the city centre and Campbell Park to well-known local spots such as Willen Lake and Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes is an area I am proud to call home.

I enjoy helping clients understand their mortgage options clearly and confidently, whether they are first-time buyers, home movers or looking to review their current mortgage. My aim is to make the mortgage process feel straightforward, supportive and as stress-free as possible.

My family is part Italian, and one of my personal goals is to fully learn the language.

In my spare time, I play semi-professional football and am an avid gym-goer. I also enjoy socialising with friends and spending quality time with family.

My interest in mortgage advice was inspired by my mum, who has worked as a mortgage broker for many years. Seeing the positive impact she had on helping people buy their homes motivated me to follow a similar career path.

Today, I am passionate about helping clients across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas achieve their dream of homeownership. Whether supporting first-time buyers, home movers or clients reviewing their existing mortgage, I enjoy guiding people through what can often be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

I support clients across local communities including Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Stony Stratford, Wolverton, Woburn Sands and the wider Milton Keynes area. From the growing city centre to well-known local spots such as Campbell Park, Willen Lake and Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes is a fantastic place for individuals and families to put down roots.

For me, mortgage advice is about more than just finding a mortgage. It is about helping people feel informed, supported and confident from application through to completion. Seeing a client’s excitement when they secure their home is what makes the role so rewarding.

Outside of work, I am a keen golfer and enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of my free time.
