Hi, I'm Kai!

I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2011, gaining experience from a young age and developing a longstanding interest in property, finance and the mortgage market. I completed my CeMAP qualification in 2017 and have continued to build on that knowledge throughout my career.

My personal and professional background has taken me across London, the Middle East and South Wales. This has given me experience of different people, working environments and property markets, helping me understand how individual circumstances can shape important financial decisions.

I help homebuyers and homeowners across Merthyr Tydfil and the surrounding areas, including Dowlais, Troedyrhiw, Aberfan, Treharris and Mountain Ash. Whether you are buying your first home, moving property or remortgaging, I enjoy working through the detail and making the mortgage process feel clear and straightforward.

From homes near Cyfarthfa Park and Castle to properties around BikePark Wales and the surrounding South Wales valleys, I enjoy helping local clients work towards their property goals.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my partner and young son. I am a keen football fan, enjoy playing golf and have a strong interest in food, cooking and travelling.
