Hi, I’m Meekhil Patel!

Buying a property will be one of your most expensive purchases you will ever make whether that’s for you to live in or as an investment. Surveys conducted say 80% of people say this is also a highly stressful experience too! I am on a mission to reduce that stress when obtaining the finance for your purchase.

I have almost 20 years experience in the financial services industry, originally starting my career working for one of the Top 20 banks in the world, where I provided advice and guidance on all aspects of clients finances to help them plan for their current lifestyle choices and their future goals.

Many years ago I purchased my first property and experienced the stresses of the purchasing process, especially acquiring a mortgage despite me working already in the financial sector. It made me want to qualify and ensure my clients do not have an experience the same as I did when securing finance on a larger scale. I decided to obtain the expertise and experience needed so moved from the banking sector, directly into the property sector working for the UK’s largest multi award-winning brokerage and property services group, Countrywide Mortgage Services, where I obtained my CEMAP qualification as well as personal recognition and awards along the way. In 2021, I helped people secure over £23m worth of mortgage funding towards life changing purchases as well as helping them protect it thorough personal insurance & protection policies.

Working for a corporate company allowed me to gain vast knowledge and experience, however I felt I needed to go one step further in providing my clients a complete stress free experience in obtaining finance which could only be offered by working for myself so have pursued this in 2019.

Now, I am in a position to be able to only deal with a set number of clients each month to ensure you get the best experience possible, rather than you just being another number. I proactively work on your behalf to not only secure the finance but also deal with Solicitors and Estate Agents on your behalf as much as I can in my capacity – all things that I have learned from personal experience are the elements that make house buying so stressful.
