Hi! I’m Mark Neaves

I'm a Mortgage and Protection Adviser with Just Mortgages, proudly based in Maidstone.

I bring a structured, people-focused approach to my work, combining clear communication with calm, supportive guidance to help clients feel at ease when making important financial decisions. Whether you are a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging or looking for protection advice, my aim is to make the process feel clear, straightforward and well supported from start to finish.

I support clients across Maidstone and the surrounding Kent areas, including Bearsted, Allington, Loose, Penenden Heath, Aylesford, Coxheath, West Malling and the wider Medway Valley. Having strong local knowledge allows me to offer advice that feels personal, practical and connected to the communities I work in.

Maidstone is a fantastic place for individuals and families to call home, from the town centre and the River Medway to local favourites such as Mote Park, Whatman Park and nearby Leeds Castle. I enjoy helping clients settle in areas they know and love, while supporting them through each stage of their property journey.

Outside the office, I am family-oriented and enjoy exploring Kent’s countryside, especially on a mountain bike, where I get my dose of thrill-seeking and fresh air. I like staying active and keeping routines that support a balanced, grounded lifestyle.

A fun fact about me is that I have even appeared on TV, which always surprises people.

I am excited to continue growing within Just Mortgages and developing my skills in a client-centred environment, while helping clients achieve their property and financial goals.
