Hi, I’m Rochelle Dilkantha!

I am an Executive Mortgage and Protection Adviser with Just Mortgages, with more than six years’ experience supporting homebuyers, homeowners and landlords.

I have always worked in Essex and am based across the Chelmsford and Braintree offices. I support customers throughout Braintree and the surrounding areas, including Great Notley, Bocking, Witham, Halstead and Chelmsford. However, many of my customers find properties further afield, so I can help with your mortgage and protection needs regardless of where you are based or looking to buy.

Having worked in the local area for several years, I understand the communities surrounding familiar locations such as Braintree town centre and Great Notley Country Park.

Whether you are buying your first home, moving to a new property, reviewing your current mortgage or growing a buy-to-let portfolio, I am here to guide you through the process. I take the time to understand your individual circumstances, explain your options clearly and help you find a mortgage solution suited to your needs.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping people through their homebuying journey from beginning to end. I also enjoy building lasting relationships with my customers and welcoming them back when it is time to remortgage or move home again.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love being outdoors, particularly when the sun is shining, and you will often find me running, hiking or exploring somewhere new.
