Meet Ilford

Hi! I'm Ahmed Chughtai.

I'm an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, helping clients achieve their property goals since 2009 and with Just Mortgages since 2012. Over the years, I've supported hundreds of individuals, families and property investors with clear, tailored advice and a personal approach.

Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, remortgaging, purchasing a buy-to-let property or expanding a property portfolio, my aim is to make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I take the time to understand your circumstances and provide advice that's tailored to your needs, whether your case is simple or more complex.

I support clients across Ilford and the surrounding East London and Essex areas, including Gants Hill, Seven Kings, Barking, Wanstead, Woodford, Romford and the wider London region. While many of my clients are based locally, I'm also proud to advise clients across the UK, with much of my business coming from repeat customers and personal recommendations.

For me, the greatest achievement is the long-term relationships I've built with clients who return time and again or recommend me to their family and friends.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active through fitness training and swimming, watching sport, and spending quality time with family and friends—usually over a great meal.
