Hi, I’m Gurdeep Samplay!

I’m a mortgage adviser based in the West Midlands, helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones: buying a home. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving house, or looking for guidance on your next mortgage, I’m here to make the process feel clear, straightforward, and far less overwhelming.

The mortgage world can often seem complicated, with so many options, terms, and steps involved. That’s why I enjoy helping clients make sense of it all, offering clear mortgage advice and support from the first conversation through to the moment they receive the keys to their new home.

I’ve always enjoyed working with people and solving problems, which naturally led me into the mortgage industry. What I find most rewarding is being part of each client’s journey and helping them move forward with confidence at every stage of the home-buying process.

Having lived and worked in the West Midlands for many years, I know the area well and appreciate the wide variety of property across the region, from traditional terraces to modern developments. Every home and every client story is different, and I enjoy providing a personal service tailored to each individual’s needs.

Outside of work, life is busy with my wife and our two young children, who certainly keep things lively. Most of my spare time is spent with family, whether that’s days out, visiting relatives, or trying to keep up with two very energetic little ones.
