Hi, I'm Lydia Ramoutar-Greville!

I’m a Mortgage Adviser with over 20 years of experience, helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make. Over the years, I have supported many people with their mortgage journey, providing clear, personalised and approachable advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

I’m passionate about getting to know my clients and understanding what matters most to them. Whether you are a first-time buyer, moving home or remortgaging, my aim is to make the mortgage process feel as straightforward and well supported as possible from start to finish.

I support clients across South East London and the surrounding areas, with strong connections to places such as Blackheath, Greenwich and nearby communities. I enjoy being part of an area with so much character, from the independent shops and cafés of Blackheath Village to Greenwich Market and the wider London community.

Away from mortgages, I love spending time outdoors and walking my dog. At weekends, you will often find me enjoying a walk along the beach or exploring forests and woodland.

I also enjoy visiting some of London’s best-known local spots, including Blackheath Village, Greenwich Market and Borough Market.

For me, mortgage advice is about more than finding a product. It is about building trust, offering personal support and helping clients feel confident about their next move.
