Hi, I'm Deana!

I'm a Mortgage and Protection Adviser supporting clients across Derby and the wider Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas. I've worked in Financial Services for the past 10 years, helping people from all walks of life achieve their financial and property goals. During this time, I've worked across several companies in Derby and Nottingham, building a strong understanding of the local market and the needs of different clients.

No two clients are ever the same, and I take pride in providing clear, tailored advice that reflects each individual's circumstances. Whether you're a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging or looking to protect your family and future, my aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

I support clients across Derby, Ilkeston, Sandiacre, Long Eaton, Borrowash, Chaddesden, Mickleover, Allestree, Belper and the wider Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire region. Having lived in West Hallam and Ilkeston for many years, and more recently moving to Sandiacre, I have a strong understanding of the local communities and property market, which helps me better support the people I work with.

Derby is a fantastic city with a mix of city living, surrounding villages and excellent transport links across the Midlands. It's an area I'm proud to work in and support clients as they take their next step on the property ladder.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and making sure they feel comfortable and supported throughout the mortgage process, from the first conversation through to completion.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, planning my next trip and getting stuck into a good book.
