Meet Croydon

Hi, I’m Grant Little!

My motto is “love the life you live and live the life you love”, so I am always focusing on holidays, making memories and having fun with family and friends. As I am getting older, I seem to be getting even more adventurous with the challenges I take on, all for the benefit of fantastic charities close to my heart, such as Cancer Research and Spicerhaart’s very own Magic Moments.

Over the last few years, I have completed a skydive, the London Marathon, an ultra marathon, the London to Brighton Bike Ride and a white collar boxing match.

In my spare time, I like to keep fit by running and boxing, and I enjoy going to the local cinema or out to restaurants with my family.

I bring that same drive into my working life too. Having been a Mortgage Adviser for over 10 years, with a background in customer service, I know how important it is to make the property purchase and mortgage process feel as seamless as possible.

I support clients across Croydon and the surrounding areas, including South Croydon, Purley, Coulsdon, Sanderstead, Addiscombe, Thornton Heath and Norwood. Whether clients are buying their first home, moving house or reviewing their mortgage, I aim to provide clear, supportive advice throughout the journey.

Croydon is a busy and well-connected area, with a great mix of local communities, green spaces and amenities, from Lloyd Park and Wandle Park to Boxpark Croydon, Fairfield Halls and nearby Addington Hills. It is a rewarding place to support clients as they take their next step on the property ladder.
