Hi! I'm Lucy!

I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2018, with experience in case management, mortgage administration and both commercial and residential mortgages. This background has given me a strong understanding of the mortgage process and allows me to support customers with a wide range of individual circumstances.

I help homebuyers and homeowners across Crewe and the surrounding areas, including Nantwich, Haslington, Wistaston, Shavington, Sandbach and Alsager. Whether you are buying your first home, moving, remortgaging or reviewing your protection needs, I will be there to guide you through each stage.

From homes near Crewe town centre and Queens Park to properties across the surrounding Cheshire towns and villages, I enjoy helping local customers work towards their property goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, camping and hiking. I also love catching up with friends over coffee or brunch and spending time with my dog, Trevor.

I have worked in the mortgage industry for nearly four years, beginning my career as a mortgage processor with The Co-operative Bank. While working there, I completed my CeMAP qualifications, which led me to become a mortgage and protection adviser with Just Mortgages. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the mortgage process from application through to completion.
