Hi, I'm Dan Sullivan!

I am Senior Mortgage & Protection adviser who has worked in the property industry for over 9 years. During this time I have covered many different roles consisting of, Virtual tours and Marketing, Sales Negotiating, Lettings and Property Management.

I now have the pleasure of working with people from the start of their journey and for many years into the future. Outside of work I enjoy seeing friends and spending time with family. Although summer is my favourite time of year, I am a believer in a BBQ no matter what the weather!

Hi, I'm Leon!

I have worked in the financial services industry for over 14 years, building my experience with one of the UK’s leading high street lenders for 10 years before moving into independent mortgage brokerage.

Today, I am based in our Chelmsford branch, while also regularly supporting clients across Essex and the surrounding local areas, including Springfield, Broomfield, Great Baddow and Writtle. Over the years, I have helped a wide range of clients with their mortgage needs, from first-time buyers taking their first step onto the property ladder to families moving home or reviewing their existing mortgage.

What I enjoy most about mortgages is helping people achieve one of the biggest milestones in their lives. Buying a home is often the largest purchase someone will ever make, and there is no better feeling than knowing you have played a part in helping an individual or family secure a place they can truly call home.

For me, it is about more than bricks and mortar. It is about providing stability, security and a foundation for future memories.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new destinations whenever I can. Most weekends, you will find me on the sidelines supporting my son as he plays football, which keeps me busy and entertained year-round.

Having worked across Essex for many years, I have strong connections to Chelmsford and the surrounding communities, from the city centre and Chelmsford Cathedral to nearby areas such as Hylands Park and Great Baddow. This makes it especially rewarding to help people settle in the areas I know so well.
