Meet Chapeltown

Hi! I'm Daniel Coggan.

I have been in financial services for over 12 years, a mortgage adviser for 10 in a variety of different roles covering the whole of England, more recently covering South Yorkshire.

I’ve been a mortgage adviser for over 10 years and in that time becoming a senior and most of which has been with Just Mortgages. I have a cheeky little boy called Lucian and he is 7 years old. A fun fact is I play the drums and have done for 15 years.

Hi! I'm Alexander Pugh!

I am based in the Haybrook Estate Agency branch in Chapeltown, a really sought after area. I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to get people, wanting to move to the area, into the best position possible. Coming from a finance background, this role allows me to broaden my horizons by accessing mortgage products from many lenders as oppose to just one.

I enjoy travelling, so working hard gives me the ability to explore the world and try new things. To date, I have cycled Route 66 in the USA and swam across the English Channel, I am always looking for that next challenge.
