Meet Cannock

Hi, I’m Maria!

I was born and raised in Cannock and have always been proud to call the area home. Having lived here all my life and raised my two children locally, I’ve seen the community grow and change over the years.

My local knowledge covers Cannock and the surrounding Staffordshire areas, including Hednesford, Heath Hayes, Norton Canes, Great Wyrley, Rugeley and Penkridge. I understand how varied the area can be, from busy town centres to quieter residential communities.

My journey into the mortgage industry began after arranging my first mortgage. Experiencing the process inspired me to retrain as a mortgage adviser, as I wanted to help others navigate what can often feel like a daunting experience. Several years later, I still enjoy supporting clients through one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make, providing clear and honest advice along the way.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my friends and family. I’m also a big fan of live entertainment, whether that’s seeing the latest theatre production or enjoying live music whenever I get the chance.

Cannock is a fantastic place to live and work, with easy access to Cannock Chase, Birches Valley and plenty of green space for walking and enjoying the outdoors. It’s truly rewarding to be part of this local community.
