Hi! I'm Martin Kilroy.

I'm an Executive Mortgage and Protection Adviser with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. As a CeMAP and FPC-qualified adviser, I've spent the majority of my career helping clients across Canary Wharf, Docklands and East London, providing expert mortgage and protection advice with a personal, professional approach.

Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, remortgaging or investing in a buy-to-let property, my aim is to make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Working alongside my assistant, Norah, we manage every stage of your application—from your initial consultation through to completion—liaising closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers, insurance providers and estate agents to keep everything running smoothly.

I support clients across Canary Wharf and the surrounding East London areas, including Isle of Dogs, Poplar, Limehouse, Wapping, Shadwell, Whitechapel, Bow, Stratford, Greenwich, Canning Town, Royal Docks and the wider London area. With neighbouring areas such as South Quay, Blackwall and Mudchute continuing to grow in popularity, it's a fantastic part of London to help clients buy, move and invest in property, and one I'm proud to have worked in for many years.

Outside of work, I've been married for over 15 years and am a proud father to two teenage boys, as well as a Sphynx cat and a Shih Tzu. To unwind, I enjoy playing the double bass with a local symphony orchestra.
